Introduction and who controls your data

Welcome to thinkwarelabs. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

The data controller is THINKWARELABS IT PRIVATE LIMITED, registered in Haryana, India and trading as thinkwarelabs. For any question about your data, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to hello@thinkwarelabs.com.

02

The data we collect

We may collect, use, store and transfer the following kinds of personal data:

  • Identity data — first name, last name, or a similar identifier you give us.
  • Contact data — email address, company name, and any phone number you choose to share.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, and approximate location.
  • Usage data — information about how you move through this website.
  • Enquiry data — whatever you write in the contact form, including the services and budget range you select.
03

How we use your data

We only use your personal data where the law allows us to. In practice that means:

  • To reply to an enquiry you sent us, and to carry out work we agree to do for you.
  • For our legitimate interests in running and improving this website, where those interests do not override your rights.
  • To comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

04

The contact form

When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are emailed to us and recorded in a private spreadsheet so we can keep track of enquiries. We keep that record for as long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to.

We also apply basic anti-spam measures, including a hidden field bots tend to fill in and a short-term limit on how many messages can be sent from one address.

05

Data security

We have put appropriate measures in place to stop your personal data being accidentally lost, used, altered, or accessed without authorisation. Access is limited to the people who genuinely need it to do the work.

06

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what personal data of yours we hold.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete data we no longer have a good reason to keep.
  • Stop using your data for a particular purpose.

Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
