thinkwarelabs is an independent software studio in Haryana, India, incorporated in June 2026. No middle management, no sales team, no decks built to convince a board. We go and understand a problem properly first, then build something that fits it.
Build software in India and you’re pointed in a few directions: tech-first startups in Bengaluru, corporate headquarters in Mumbai, enterprise healthcare chains in Delhi.
Meanwhile a whole operational economy runs quietly in the background — independent pharmacies inside regional clinics, small nursing homes, Tier 2 and Tier 3 distributors, local transport offices. Not venture-backed, but real money moves across those counters every day, with real compliance obligations and real operational pain.
Their constraints are harder, not simpler. No IT staff to fix a database lockup. No tolerance for a screen that takes three extra clicks while a patient waits. The Drugs and Cosmetics Act and GST returns apply exactly the same as they do to a metro hospital.
Most of what makes a project go wrong happens before anyone writes code — in the gap between the person with the problem and the person building for it. We removed the gap.
Before writing code we spend time where the work happens — watching what gets written on paper, what gets skipped, and where the queue backs up. Requirements gathered over a call describe the process people wish they had. Standing there shows you the one they actually run.
Software that demands a business change how it operates gets abandoned in week three. If a pharmacist has run on a paper register for fifteen years, the paper register is a constraint to design around, not a habit to correct.
There is no account manager between you and the people writing the code. We heard the problem ourselves, so nothing has to survive a game of telephone on its way to the implementation.
Sometimes the honest answer is a cheaper off-the-shelf tool, a change of process, or nothing at all. We would rather say so than bill for a system that shouldn't exist.
