Small team, serious work. This is what we do.

We could have built another marketing automation tool. We could have created a dashboard that helps venture-backed startups optimize their ad spend by 0.4%.
Instead, we built ThinkWare Labs.
We are a small, independent software studio and IT solutions company based in Haryana, India. We do not have a middle management layer, sales representatives, or slide decks designed to convince corporate boards. We are two engineers who build software that actually does something useful.
Why a "Software Studio"?
Traditional software agencies focus on billable hours. Enterprise SaaS companies focus on monthly active users and upselling features.
As a software studio, we focus on the problem. We look at businesses that the mainstream tech ecosystem skipped—growing clinics, regional pharmacies, and local operators—and we build the tools they deserve.
Here is exactly what we build and how we help the people who hire us:
1. SaaS & Custom Application Development
We design and engineer cloud-native software products from the first line of code to production. We don't use off-the-shelf templates and stretch them until they break. We build systems that fit how your team actually works, rather than how a template assumes they do.
2. Modern Web Development
Fast, clean, production-grade web applications built on modern stacks. We write clean code, optimize for page speed, and ensure everything scales without requiring constant restarts or expensive maintenance.
3. Database Development & Architecture
Schema design, data modeling, and performance tuning. If your data is growing and your queries are slowing down, we rebuild the foundation so it stays reliable and queryable for years.
4. IT Consulting & Technical Strategy
We act as your CTO-on-demand. We audit architectures, review existing codebases, and help you decide what to build, what off-the-shelf tool to buy, and—most importantly—what to leave completely alone.
We spent more time understanding the problem than building the solution.
This is the philosophy we bring to every project. Whether we are building our own in-house SaaS or writing custom software for a client, we don't start typing code until we have spent hours standing where the work actually happens.
If your business has outgrown its spreadsheets, or if the software you bought is fighting your team instead of helping them, we should talk.
